01 Co-creatie: Samen met opdrachtgever en ontwerper toetsen we het ontwerp op technische haalbaarheid, planning, budget en uitvoerbaarheid. En we maken samen bewuste keuzes op het gebied van duurzaamheid: van de ontwikkelfase tot aan de demontage.
02 Voorbereiding: Onze engineers werken elk onderdeel uit. En vervolgens wordt alles tot in de kleinste details geëngineerd met behulp van 3D-software. We ontwikkelen AV-ontwerpen voor de audiovisuele opstellingen. Zo wordt elk detail, het materiaal, elke technische specificatie en optimale intergratie zorgvuldig voorbereid.
03 Testfase & Productie: In our own workshop in Purmerend, all disciplines come together. This is where we prepare everything. Woodwork, mechanics, decoration, electronics, lighting, AV hardware, and show control — we have all the expertise and experience in-house.
04 Voorbouw: We experiment with different designs, equipment, and materials. Mock-ups and prototypes help us make the right choices. At the same time, we test and optimize all audiovisual elements.
5. Opbouw: We ensure that everything fits seamlessly. On-site, we minimize sawing and carpentry work to ensure that the assembly goes smoothly and with as little dust as possible. The interactive components are also ready for use.
6. Oplevering & Nazorg: Together with the client and designer, we check if everything works and fits. Kloosterboer also provides training for the staff, comprehensive documentation, and a manual with videos. We discuss the warranty and can also take care of preventive and corrective maintenance.
